Our Company

DP Group (Dinardo Practices Group) was established in 1969 in the Engineering Consultancy sector which continues to provide multi-disciplinary design services throughout Scotland. Our Head office has been in Paisley (near Glasgow) for over thirty years.

The founders interest in property pension investment started in the early 1970's as an independent operation. This now expanded runs its own portfolio and is involved in Investment, Development, Management and Maintenance of its own properties in most of the main Scottish Town Centres. A proud activity is related to refurbishment and rehabilitation of old neglected buildings with historical interest.

The Companies policy is one of continued expansion in growth and services, diversifying into new ventures across the Country e.g. in restoration of buildings and derelict land.

We are members of the Property Managers Association Scotland and take active interest in all aspects of Scotland's property and construction industry.
