DP Group (Dinardo Practices Group) was established in 1969 by Carlo Dinardo a Consultant Engineer. We are proud to have successfully surpassed fifty five years in business and are now run by our second generation. Engineering consultancy services continue to be provided today under the leadership of Karen Dinardo, herself a Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer. In the early 1970’s the business became involved in property investment and our head office relocated to Paisley and has operated here continuously since.
We manage and let our own office/commercial and residential portfolio which is spread across Scotland which include some in beautiful rural locations. Our family property business is led by Mark Dinardo.
Our company has an ongoing policy offering our Tenants an excellent managed property service with a best value approach.

We have a proven track record in the conversion and refurbishment of older buildings and draw on our vast experience in the construction industry. We own a variety of Listed/Conservation buildings that our residential and commercial Tenants enjoy living in and working from.
We have a strong commitment to our professional heritage allied to a commercial approach to our business activities. We take an active interest in many aspects of Scotland’s Property and Construction sector through professional membership of Institutions and also through the many friends we have made in the sector over the years.
In addition, we own Mirren Drawing Office Services a well-established service company run by Gwen Dinardo. It is located in Paisley Town Centre, MDOS provides many local Architects, Surveyors and Builder clients photocopying large volume/format printing and office stationery. Services are available online or pop into their friendly shop which also serves University of West of Scotland students and is open to the public.
